21 new templates just landed, taking the PaneFlow catalog from 129 to 150. This drop is smaller than the v2 launch, and more deliberate. Every template in it exists to close a specific gap the catalog still had after five batches.
There were three. A calendar gap: nothing for Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or the holidays, the busiest selling season of the year. A persona gap: our pages for product managers and educators promised roadmaps, QBRs, lessons, and quizzes, and had almost nothing new to link to. And a format gap: the catalog had two vertical templates, while half the internet now scrolls in 9:16. Each bucket also pushes on a feature the catalog underused - the first pie and donut charts in any template, vertical stories built for video export, and click actions outside of widgets.
As always, none of these are blank decks. Every template ships as a complete narrative with real copy, plausible numbers, and a fictional brand behind it: the roadmap has a "what we're saying no to" pane, the QBR owns its big miss, the Black Friday hero strikes through old prices before the new ones roll in. Open one, swap your content, and ship.
Ten templates that show the range across all three buckets. Click any to open the full template page.
A blackout 2:1 homepage hero that refuses the usual red and black. A stomping acid yellow wordmark, three floating product cutouts, and old prices struck through by a drawn line before the new price rolls in. Drop it on your store homepage and it loops all weekend.
An advent-style deal calendar with six candy-colored doors on midnight navy. Every door is clickable, and each one grows into its own deal pane with a struck price, a new price, and a way back to the grid. The click navigation survives export to HTML, React, Vue, and Svelte, so it works as a real widget on your store.
A magazine-style gift spread in ivory and burgundy. Gold foil ribbons carry labels like "for the host" and "for the early riser", kraft tags roll up each price, and five gifts close in a loose grid. The season reads through materials and palette, with no clip art anywhere.
A streaming-style "wrapped" for a whole team. One gradient card per pane: 214 merged pull requests, a busiest-month bar chart, a donut of where the hours went, and 4,380 cups of coffee. Present it at the all-hands, then drop the link in Slack.
A chart-first QBR in boardroom paper tones. Revenue bars, a revenue-mix donut, and an activation line against its target, all animated on entry. It also includes one pane that owns the quarter's big miss, because a QBR that only reports good news convinces nobody.
A calm, legible roadmap in three lanes: what is in flight, what is committed, and what is still directional. A timeline dot slides between panes and status cards roll in as you go. It closes with an honest "what we're saying no to" pane before the Q&A, the slide most roadmap templates forget.
A three-question knowledge check on a deep indigo stage. Each question has four candy-colored A-D answer tiles, and clicking one jumps to a green "Correct!" or red "Not quite." reveal pane before the class moves on. The final score rolls up at the end. Project it in class or embed it in your LMS.
A friendly-textbook lesson in three chapters with a persistent chapter bar you can click to jump anywhere. Diagrams draw themselves on screen, key terms sit on their own cards, and a recap closes the lesson. Click actions doing the job of real navigation, not a widget gimmick.
A blackout vertical drop teaser. A dark macro tease opens it, then one product cutout travels through the reveal, price, and date panes with an acid-orange accent and a side ticker. Four panes, under 15 seconds, exported as an MP4 for Stories, Reels, and TikTok.
A studio-dark audiogram story with a cover-art tile, a lime waveform that draws on every pane, two captioned guest quotes with timestamps, and a listen-now close. Export the visuals as an MP4 and pair them with your episode clip in your editor of choice before posting.
All 21 templates, grouped by bucket, with a one-line hook on each.
Heroes, bands, social squares, and one interactive widget for the selling season. Sale templates carry no hard dates, so they work this November and next.
16:9 decks built to be presented and clicked through, each ending on a real close instead of a loop. Charts and click navigation do the heavy lifting.
1080x1920, three to five panes, and a loop that fits inside a 15-second story segment. Critical copy stays clear of the platform UI at the top and bottom of the screen.
The six vertical templates are video-export first. They are built on a 1080x1920 canvas with square corners, paced so the whole loop lands between 8 and 15 seconds, and laid out so prices, dates, and CTAs never hide behind the Instagram or TikTok interface. Export to MP4 at 9:16 and post straight to Instagram Stories, Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts. If you would rather keep things live, publish the same template as a hosted link and drop it in your link-in-bio. The exported video is visual only, so for the podcast audiogram, bring your own audio clip and combine them in your video editor.
The Q4 set works the other way around: most of it is built to live on your site, not in a feed. The Black Friday hero sits at hero proportions under your navbar, the year-end band slots between sections, and the gift guide loops on a collection page, each with a loop seam that flows back to pane one. Export to HTML, React, Vue, or Svelte and embed it in Shopify, or use the Webflow app and Framer plugin to drop it into a page in a couple of clicks. The two social squares, Cyber Monday and the holiday greeting, are ready to go out as short MP4 loops too.
The work decks now have proper homes: see PaneFlow for Product Managers for roadmaps, QBRs, OKRs, and release notes, and PaneFlow for Educators for lessons, quizzes, and talks.
