Terms Of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between NOLIMITS4WEB LLC (“PaneFlow,” “we,” “us”) and you (“you,” “User”). By using paneflow.com, our editor, integrations, or CDN/iFrame embeds (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

If you're using the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you're authorized to bind that company to these Terms.

#1. Your Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have a parent/guardian's consent if applicable).

#2. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trials

PaneFlow offers paid plans (e.g., Solo, Team) and occasionally free trials or promo codes.
By starting a paid plan, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the fees shown at checkout and any applicable taxes on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You can cancel any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
Our Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available.

#3. Acceptable Use

Do not, and do not allow others to:

Break the law, violate others' rights, or infringe IP.
Upload malware, attempt to hack, scrape at scale, or overload our systems.
Misrepresent your identity or the origin of your content.
Use the Services to generate or host unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content, or anything that violates platform policies of our integrations. We may investigate and suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

#4. Your Content

You own your content. To operate the Services, you grant PaneFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and reproduce your content as needed to provide features like previews, exports (HTML/React/Vue/Svelte/Video), and CDN/iFrame delivery.
You're responsible for securing rights to any fonts, images, videos, audio, or other assets you upload.
If you publish via CDN/iFrame or share exported code, you are responsible for where and how it's embedded or deployed.

#5. Commercial Use

You can use your PaneFlow projects and exports for commercial purposes. This includes publishing on a client's website, using in paid advertising, product launches, social media campaigns, sales pages, pitch decks, in-app UI, live events, and broadcast.
Ownership. You own your content and outputs you lawfully create with PaneFlow (including exports to HTML/React/Vue/Svelte and Video, and CDN/iFrame embeds), subject to any third-party rights in assets you upload or connect.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for securing rights to any fonts, images, videos, audio, templates, and third-party integrations (e.g., Webflow, Framer, YouTube/Vimeo) used in your projects.
What's not allowed. This license does not allow reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing PaneFlow itself, our editor, templates, or hosted files as a competing service or template library; nor does it allow using PaneFlow content in violation of law, platform policies, or these Terms.

#6. AI Features (Generative AI)

You're responsible for prompts and outputs you create using AI features.
Don't use AI features to violate IP rights, create illegal content, or breach third-party policies.
We may use third-party AI providers; do not submit confidential information you wouldn't want processed by such providers.
AI outputs are provided as-is and may require your review for accuracy, rights, and appropriateness.
Commercial use of AI outputs. Subject to applicable law and third-party provider policies, you may use AI-generated outputs for commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy and for clearing any rights or restrictions that may apply.

#7. Exports, Embeds, and Integrations

Exports (HTML/React/Vue/Svelte/Video), CDN/iFrame publishing, and integrations (e.g., Webflow App, Framer Plugin, YouTube/Vimeo, charts, custom code) are provided “as available” and may change.
Third-party platforms have their own terms and policies - you're responsible for complying with them.
Custom code you add runs at your risk; ensure it's secure, compliant, and licensed.
Client work and hand-offs. You may deliver PaneFlow exports and CDN/iFrame embeds to clients for commercial use. Clients must comply with these Terms when using your delivered exports or embeds.

#8. Intellectual Property

The Services, editor, templates, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by PaneFlow or our licensors and protected by IP laws, or property of their respective owners.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
Don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works of the Services except as explicitly allowed.
This section governs our IP in the Services (editor, technology, templates). It doesn't restrict your commercial use of projects and exports you create in accordance with Section 5.

#9. Privacy

Your privacy matters. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use data. By using the Services, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

#10. Service Changes

We may add, change, or remove features; update prices; or discontinue parts of the Services. If we make material changes to these Terms, we'll post the update date above and, where required, provide notice.

#11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or for other legitimate reasons. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity) will survive.

#12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that content will be accurate or reliable.

#13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PANEFLOW AND NOLIMITS4WEB LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those cases, these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

#14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold PaneFlow and our affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

#15. Governing Law; Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise. You and we waive jury trial to the extent permitted by law.

#16. Communications

We may contact you about your account, product updates, and policy changes. You can manage marketing emails via unsubscribe links, but we may still send transactional notices.

#17. Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
You can't assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
These Terms (plus referenced policies) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
