This Privacy Policy explains how NOLIMITS4WEB LLC (“PaneFlow,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use paneflow.com, our editor, integrations, and CDN/iFrame embeds (collectively, the “Services”). If you don't agree with this policy, please don't use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to do so.

#1. Information We Collect

  • Account & billing: name, email, workspace/team info, subscription status, invoices, and payment method details (handled by our payment processor).
  • Content & assets: slides, templates, text, images, video, audio, fonts, and other files you upload or generate (including AI outputs).
  • Usage data: device/browser type, pages viewed, referral, timestamps.
  • Integrations: data necessary to connect and operate Webflow, Framer, YouTube/Vimeo, charts, or code exports.
  • Support: messages, attachments, and metadata when you contact us.

We do not store your full payment card numbers - those are processed by our payment provider.

#2. How We Use Information

  • Provide and improve the Services (editor features, exports to HTML/React/Vue/Svelte/Video, CDN delivery, iFrame embeds, Webflow/Framer).
  • Operate AI features (image generation/editing or similar) using third-party AI providers as processors.
  • Security and abuse prevention (fraud detection, rate limiting, logging).
  • Analytics (feature usage, performance, diagnostics).
  • Communications (transactional emails, product updates, policy changes, and - if you opt in - marketing).
  • Legal compliance (tax, accounting, dispute handling).

We process your data under: Contract (to provide the Services), Legitimate Interests (security, analytics, product improvement), Consent (optional cookies/marketing), and Legal Obligations (records, tax).

#4. AI Features

  • Prompts and outputs are processed to generate results and maintain service quality.
  • Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal data you're not comfortable sending to third-party AI providers.
  • You're responsible for ensuring prompts/outputs respect others' rights and applicable laws.

#5. Cookies & Similar Tech

We use necessary cookies to run the site and optional analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage non-essential cookies in the cookie banner or your browser settings.

  • You control the content you upload and publish via CDN/iFrame or exports.
  • By using the Services, you grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and reproduce your content to provide features like previews, exports, and delivery.
  • You are responsible for the rights and lawful use of any fonts, images, videos, audio, or other assets you upload.
  • Published content may be cached or logged by our CDN to ensure availability and performance.

#13. Third-party Sites and Services

Links, plugins, or embeds (e.g., Webflow, Framer, YouTube/Vimeo) are governed by their own policies. We're not responsible for third-party practices; please review their terms and privacy notices.

#14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our Services or the law. We'll update the “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice.
