A just listed real estate story that looks like it came from a print brochure rather than a flyer app. The demo listing is 14 Alder Lane, a mid-century home in West Hills represented by agent Rosa Lindqvist of Northgate Realty. Four vertical panes walk a buyer through it the way a good showing does: the exterior in a white frame, the price and specs, the living room with "Light from three sides.", and an open house on Saturday from 11 AM to 1 PM with a "Book a viewing" button.
The design is restrained on purpose. A warm white #f6f4ef background, deep slate type, and a single brass #b08d57 accent used for the "Just listed" chip, the price, the rules, and the CTA. Photos sit inside white frames with a thin margin, like prints on a gallery wall, and the address is set in Playfair Display on a cream card over the frame's lower edge. The effect is closer to an architecture magazine than a listing portal, which matters for mid-market and luxury listings where the presentation is part of the pitch.
The photo frames do the storytelling. The exterior frame is one block that shrinks from a tall hero on pane one into a shallow card on pane two, and the interior frame does the same between panes three and four. Instead of cutting between slides, the story feels like the camera pulling back to make room for the next fact. The agent chip - a round headshot, "Rosa Lindqvist", "Northgate Realty" - stays in the same spot on the last two panes, so the viewer knows who to call before the CTA arrives.
The motion is slow and quiet. Photos drift with a gentle zoom, serif lines fade in, brass rules draw, and every number - the price, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and the "11 AM - 1 PM" time - counts up with number-roll. All critical copy stays inside the platform safe zones between the top chip and the lower third.
Export the MP4 and post it as a Story on listing day, then as a Reel with the full description in the caption. Buyers scroll past dozens of listing posts; a price that counts up and photos that reframe themselves stand out without looking loud. Repost with "Open this Saturday" copy two days before the open house.
Publish the story as a hosted PaneFlow link and add it to your bio or send it by text to buyers on your list. It opens full-screen on a phone like a story would, and the "Book a viewing" pill can link to your booking form or the listing page.
Embed the vertical story on the listing page of your website, or export it to HTML, React, Vue, Svelte, or Next.js. On mobile it gives visitors the highlights in 15 seconds before they reach the full photo gallery and floor plan.
