A Thanksgiving weekend sale hero that feels like a magazine spread about gathering, not a doorbuster banner. On the left, "OAKHOLLOW" sits above "Made for the long table." in Cormorant Garamond, with "long table." in terracotta italic. Below it, "The Thanksgiving Weekend Sale: 25% off dining." and a hairline countdown row read "05 DAYS · 12 HRS · 54 MIN" under a small "SALE ENDS IN" label, followed by a terracotta "Shop dining" pill. On the right, a long oak table set with linen napkins and candles glows in late-afternoon light. Built for the fictional furniture maker Oakhollow, the hero tells the sale in four slow, editorial panes.
The countdown looks like it belongs to the layout. Instead of boxed digit tiles, it is a single line of Inter Tight between two thin olive rules, like an entry in a table of contents. It stays on all four panes as shared chrome: under the headline on the first and last panes, in the footer on the two middle panes. Because it is one text, the store sets one end date, and when the sale is over the digits step aside for "Thank you for gathering with us." in terracotta italic, so the hero still reads as finished rather than broken.
The photo moves instead of cutting. On the second pane the table photo stretches from the right half to a full-width banner, a linen gradient scrim fades in on the left, and "THANKSGIVING WEEKEND SALE", "25%", and "off dining." settle over it. The headline shrinks into a one-line caption in the footer, "Made for the long table.", between the countdown and the CTA. Every number, from "25%" to the prices, is set in Inter Tight, while Cormorant Garamond is kept for words only, so digits never pick up uneven old-style figures.
The third pane is the shop window. "THE DINING EDIT" and "Solid oak, built to gather." sit beside two cream cards, each with an olive "25% OFF" chip and a product cutout: the "Harvest Table" ("Solid oak plank top, seats eight") and the "Spindle Chair" ("Hand-turned oak, woven cord seat"). A terracotta line is drawn through "$2,400" and "$420", then "$1,800" and "$315" number-roll in, one card after the other. The fourth pane brings an oak and linen armchair by a window with "Room for one more." and "Pull up a chair: 25% off seating and benches.", and loops back to the table.
Export to React, Next.js, or HTML and drop it in place of your evergreen hero for the sale. The countdown ticks live for every visitor in their own browser, so there is no countdown widget or third-party script to install.
Embed the published version at the top of your dining or sale collection. The product card pane doubles as a preview of the deals right above the grid of products it advertises.
Export the first or third pane as an image for a newsletter header or a social post. Image exports show the time left at the moment of export, so the row reads correctly on the day you send, and you can link the image to the live page.
