Refund Policy

We want you to love PaneFlow. If it's not the right fit, here's how refunds work.

#1. What's Refundable

Renewals

• If your plan auto-renews and you didn't mean to keep it, you can request a refund within 7 days of the renewal date provided there's no meaningful usage after renewal (e.g., new publishes/exports, significant editor time, or substantial AI usage).

Accidental duplicate charges

• If you were charged twice for the same period, we'll refund the duplicate.

#2. What Isn't Refundable

• Mid-cycle cancellations. Cancel anytime to stop future billing; the current paid period remains active and isn't prorated.
• Significant usage during a refund window (examples include multiple CDN publishes or site embeds, multiple code/video exports, or notable AI generation/editing usage).
• AI credits that have been used (including promo credits).
• Add-ons from third parties (e.g., Webflow/Framer marketplaces, payment processors) that have their own rules.
• Legacy lifetime licenses. We don't sell lifetime plans anymore. Existing lifetime customers keep access;

Note: Tax/VAT may be non-refundable where local rules apply.

#3. Trials and Promo Codes

• If your plan starts with a free trial or promo (e.g., a one-month code), billing begins when the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Once billed, the above rules apply.

#4. How to Request a Refund

1. Email hello@paneflow.com with subject “Refund request”.
2. Include the account email, purchase date, and any helpful context.
3. If approved, refunds go to the original payment method. Processing typically appears within 3 - 10 business days (bank timelines vary).

#5. Marketplace Purchases (e.g., AppSumo)

• If you purchased PaneFlow through a marketplace, that marketplace's refund policy applies. Please request the refund through the marketplace where you bought it.

#6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product or laws change. We'll update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where required.
